Great location and peaceful neighborhood.

It's great to have host supporting Level 2 EV charging. Made my trip even more convenient by never having to stop to charge on the way there or home. The location was great, close enough to downtown area, but not too close. House looked the same as pictured / described and a good price for the amount of space / guests that can stay. Having a Publix across the street was also convenient. Will definitely be checking out this location when I come back to visit in the future.

Great place. Publix is around the corner. Quite and friendly neighborhood. Only little issue was the king mattress. It was uncomfortable to sleep through the night. This is just my personal preference I like hard mattresses. This made my back hurt.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for. Overall, the home was very clean and something about it made us feel at home the entire time we were there. The backyard had ample room for my dogs to run around and the pool was the perfect place to spend the 4th of July.

We were remodeling our home in Cape Coral and needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks. We chose Rogelio's place because of the fenced back yard for our dog and the EV charger for our Tesla. It turned out to be a great location, very close to the grocery store and several of Cape Coral's best restaurants. The recently remodeled home was also nice and clean and well stocked for our stay. Overall, this made the fact that we had to be out of our home for so long much nicer than it could have been. As a Cape Coral native, I would recommend this home to visitors to our area. It's a nice place in a good, quiet neighborhood.

I recently stayed at Rogelio's home in Cape Coral for the weekend, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house was nice and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. One of the highlights was definitely the backyard; it was a fun and enjoyable space to hang out in. Unfortunately, I lost my earbuds during my stay, which was a bit of a downside. However, this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. The host, Rogelio, was exceptional. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very attentive throughout my stay, making sure everything was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and easy thanks to his efficiency and friendliness. Despite the mishap with my earbuds, I would highly recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Cape Cora

Love the house layout!! The location was terrific. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store etc. The house had everything that you would need to feel right at home including a nice pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rebook.

Rogelio’s home was in a very nice neighborhood with Publix across the street, which was convenient. The pool was great and my family had plenty of space. My boys loved having their own room with the two twin beds. The house was clean to the eye but when we got to the house it smelt strong of febreeze, so we lowered the settings of the plug in to try to help. With that, we saw why they were turned up so high. The house had a very strong dog smell. The master bed is very uncomfortable and pillows are flat. It gave me bad back pain by the last couple of days so I had to move to the back bedroom to sleep and head to the chiropractor once I got home.

This cute pool home is in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, right up the street from Publix. It is conveniently located near some of our favorite restaurants. The host Rogelio was super responsive, and accommodating. The home had a huge fenced in backyard, perfect for our 3 fur babies. The heated pool & fire table were perfect touches for a home away from home. The EV charger was an added convenience that most airbnb rentals do not have. Rogelio always gave me notice when lawn or pool maintenance were coming, which is really helpful since I work from home and had the dogs with me. The internet connection was flawless, i didnt have any issues attending my video meetings for work. Everything was so great, we ended up staying an extra week. I would highly recommend this home/host.

It was a nice stay. The owner was very kind he allowed us to check in before time also allowed us to check out at 11am instead of 10am. The location of the property is too good its near publix. The place was very clean and well furnished. So overall my experience was good. 😊

We had a terrific dinner at Rum Runners at the harbor area just down Chiquita Blvd. Rogelio’s quick response and great communication was greatly appreciated when we had a change in our travel plans. We brought our two dogs and they loved playing in the backyard! House was cozy and down the street from a Publix. The temp dropped so much over Xmas that we turned on the heater! We originally chose such a big house to host my families noche buena but due to health issues we didn’t host it there. We would definitely host next year. Hoping the weather will be warmer and the yard will have more grass to enjoy.

Just what was needed

Great house and location

The accommodation is modern, clean and fully equipped. The location is great and Rogelio is a great host.

We loved staying at this Airbnb. For us it was the perfect place to stay at. The apartment was pretty clean and spacious. The pool was amazing and the neighborhood felt safe and was gorgeous. The best part of this place is that you are less than 10 mins drive to nice restaurants and bars; and literally less than 2 mins drive to a Publix market, fast food restaurants, gas station, and pharmacy. Mr. Rogelio was an amazing host, and very easy and quick to get a respond with all the questions we had for him. He and his spotless apartment made our family trip a wonderful experience. We actually wanted to stay longer at his place, but unfortunately responsabilities calls. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to his place in a heartbeat. Thank you again Mr. Rogelio for your great support!!!

The pool was amazing and so relaxing. The house is staged beautifully and is style is nice. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee and we appreciated that. You can also have the pool heated for an extra fee per day which was nice when it’s cold out but we didn’t need it. Great location not a busy touristy area more quiet and people who live their full time. We walked our dogs in the neighborhood and admired all the homes. Went to run runners which is right down the road and you can also rent boats their. Host was great no problems. If we come back to Cape Coral we will definitely check if it’s available.

Rogelio's place was so so beautiful. My family and I couldn't stop talking about how nice it was. We were there for my mom's birthday and they even left us a little note for her which was so sweet. We had great communication and instructions were very clear. The pool was really nice as well and I appreciated all the extra few things that added to a comfortable stay. There's a Publix close by as well as a Walmart about a mile and a half and it's situated in a very nice neighborhood. Overall we had a great time! Thank you for everything!
