Tropical 7BR | Heated Pool | Pet Friendly | Disney

The house is a great option for large groups. We had 8 people. We had plenty of space when we wanted to be together, in smaller groups or alone. The pool was great, especially the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Community is conveniently located, very clean and peaceful. I’d definitely return to this area. The parking/entry process was a bit confusing, so ask the host for detailed instructions before your stay. I wasn’t sure if I was charged twice for a third car, and I couldn’t figure out if the first two cars could get the pass that allows for easy entry. I didn’t want to bother with logistics, so I didn’t ask the host for the information during the stay (I wanted to relax), so no fault of theirs. Overall, the house was clean. Some of the bathrooms could use a deep clean, and some of the towels/linens could stand to be refreshed. None of the suggestions for improvement are deal breakers, this is a great rental!

Spectacular home for a Disney vacation. Zero traffic getting to and from the parks. We will return! Owner is super nice.

This was a wonderful stay for a family of 9 including four teenagers. We had lots of space. The two living rooms each with TVs was especially helpful, as were having multiple bunk bed rooms. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Just returned from a great 2 weeks at this lovely villa which is close to Disney land . Perfect size for my very large family in the beautiful quiet area of Emerald island. Very helpful and responsive host. Thank you very much

The house and location was amazing! We really enjoyed the neighborhood feel and the peace and quiet. the open floor plan of the home was great for enjoying time with family. We enjoyed the pool everyday and cooking in the large kitchen. Rogelio was a great host who was very responsive and had an issue we had fixed the next day! I would highly recommend.

Great stay with the family

This was exactly what we were looking for as we enjoyed the property with my entire family, party of 9 and a small Yorkie. All the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our entire stay. The pool and the jacuzzi was also very nice as we enjoyed it the whole stay, even at night after a long day at the parks. The kids loved it. The heated pool and jacuzzi made it that much better. The complimentary BBQ was nice to enjoy the food we wanted, which was better than going to a restaurant. There was a minor issue with one of the bathrooms but it was fixed almost immediately. Overall, the place was as described and we will definitely be returning to this property as we loved and enjoyed our time there. The host was very hospitable and very attentive and quick to respond to our every need. Two thumbs up!

A great resort we have stayed on for 10yrs + great for families and accessible to Disney and other amenities like grocery stores and restaurants etc. The house and host were great, any small issues were dealt with quickly… overall nice house and clean… great for our family stay… would stay again

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. We all felt right at home. I would definitely stay again in the future. Rogelio as a host was great to us with open lines of communication throughout our stay.

This house is spacious and well distributed. Master bedroom is on first story, making it great for privacy while other guests and kids are upstairs. Also it was great for elderly guests to avoid stairs. All other bedrooms are upstairs and we found very comfortable to accommodate multiple couples and kids. Our kids loved the pool and game room, wide and big enough to spend the day. We also brought pets – a dog and a kitten – and they were very safe, with a very low risk of getting injured. Finally, Rogelio was always approachable and friendly, promptly responding to address one electrical issue I had with the Tesla charger. I easily recommend this house!

Myself and my family had a nice time. Few issues when walking in like gnats in the pool but Rogelio took care of it right away. We also had a blackout the very next night for 8 hrs and had to purchase flashlights and a cooler because the house was equipped with any flashlights for it being Florida. If you want to use the jacuzzi make sure you purchase the heat for the pool because without the heat the jacuzzi doesn’t warm up. Rooms are great and spacious for a large family to sleep in snd everyone have their personal space. Pool is good size. House is also comfortable but way too pricey for what I expected. Home can definitely use some improvements and more necessities for a larger gathering of people.

Rogelio was an excellent host! From start to finish he was messaging us to make sure everything was all set. His place was SPECTACULAR beyond measures. We held a little dinner for my mom’s 60th birthday and the house was everything we needed. The rooms were exactly as pictured, the pool was perfect, the game room was a hit, and the kitchen and living room were like out of a magazine. The furniture was the perfect touch. Everything was so clean and we never ran into any issues. Only thing I would say is maybe bring some of your own spices if you plan on cooking and maybe some extra towels. Aside from that we would 10000% recommend Rogelio’s place to come visit. It was everything we wanted it to be and more and made my mom’s birthday that much more special. Thank you Rogelio. Truly a memory for us!!

This is the second time we stay at his place. Loved absolutely everything and it continues to be the highlight of our Disney Trip. Very peaceful and friendly for everyone, even my pets! I will definitely look into staying again.

Rogelio was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The home was very spacious and not too far from Universal. Our most popular room was the game room. The kids and adults really enjoyed the pool table and playing UNO. I will definitely stay with Rogelio again when I come back to Florida.

I absolutely loved staying at Rogelio’s place. Let’s start with the decor, the home is so aesthetically pleasing with many relaxing corners and a very modern look. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very homey and cozy. The pool did take some time to warm up and when it did the water was lukewarm but that was not an issue due to very hot days; the hot tub on the other hand does get to the right temperature. The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed, as I am a baker and had to bake during this weekend. I love that you guys thought of everything. There is even a Tesla charger!!! We found a “secret” (we forgot it was part of the house) play room as we were looking for a mop and our friends had a blast playing foosball. All in all, i absolutely loved this home and will be coming back very soon.

This was one of our favorite family vacations! We rented this spot with 7 adults and 1 pup to spend quality family time together. The house was wonderful— clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. It was so nice to have a super comfortable large couch for the whole family to sit around. The beds were high quality too which was great after a long trek. The house is in a beautiful gated community with a ton of features and amenities! The other thing we loved about Rogelio’s house is that it’s more private than others with woods directly behind the pool. WiFi quality is excellent for remote workers. My husband and I were on Zoom meetings with great service. There was so much to do — play pool, trivial pursuit, walk the nature path, hang around the pool and hot tub. We had an amazing time! Rogelio was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had. He is the type of owner who really cares about his property and the guests who rent it. We are looking forward to returning!

This was a perfect spot for our last minute family trip to Disney! There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and close to so much. Rogelio was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It is located in a beautiful resort and backs up to a wooded area. The pool area was very private and the heated pool was nice. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchenware for cooking. We enjoyed the spacious home, pool, eating outdoors, and the nature walk near the home.

My family and I are frequent travelers to Florida, and always try to stay in the same area, and this has been one of the best rentals we have stayed at to date. Overall very spacious, and ample amount of rooms, and common space for all. I rate it very highly on cleanliness, along with being a truly pet friendly property with bowls supplied for your pets, which was a first for me, all bases seem to have been covered. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again.

We had a great time! The house is beautiful the only issue, it was not included in the advertising before you book that you have to inform the owner ahead of time if you have to avail the heated pool. You'll only be notified that you have to pay for the heated pool and you have to inform them right away if you avail it because it would take 36hrs before the pool to be heated after you book. It was late already when i read the owner's message after I book if we're going to avail the heated pool. I informed them a night before the check in day but I was told it was too late already beacause it would take 36hrs the pool to be heated. The kids did not enjoy that much because they werent able to go swimming as the weather was sooo cold. Bring also a lot tissues, paper towel, dishwashing soap and garbage bag, they dont have that much stocks.

Rogelio’s place was as pictured, everything was beautiful. There was enough space for all of my family members without feeling crowded. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking ware & utensils. The pool & spa was heated & beautiful .the game room was super fun .The neighborhood was very quiet & pleasant. Very close to groceries stopes ,shops , restaurants, and attractions. Rogelio was very on point with responses to anything we needed. A few cons no deal breakers though . Access to the home from the front gate was a bit hectic due to lack of information regarding having to pay per vehicle on the property which we had 4 of. It was eventually resolved. The cleanliness could of been better. Overall I would recommend Rogelio’s place. My family & I had a great time.

For the past 8 years my family has traveled to Florida for Thanksgiving. This year's experience was perhaps the best ever, due in large part to all the positives we had staying at Rogelio's home. There was plenty of room for my adult children and my grandchildren. Everything in the home was as advertised and depicted in the photos. Check-in was very easy and got our trip off to a fantastic start. There were some initial questions and every inquiry to Rogelio was answered very promptly with the necessary information. There was a concern regarding the pool spa working properly and Rogelio had the pool technician come to the house to provide service and answers. All in all it was another successful Thanksgiving holiday in Kissimmee, and as I mentioned, our best one so far. This location is an absolute winner. Thank you for hosting my family and adding to our very enjoyable Thanksgiving experience. We definitely look forward to another opportunity.

All I can’t say is book this house! Our stay was amazing! We had a bigger group of people and this house was perfect! It was so clean, big, and comfortable! The rooms are spacious and there’s a lot of privacy between them which was a plus for us because we had a group of all adults and some couples. Every room feels like it’s in its own space of the home. I literally have 0 complaints and can go on and on about our stay! The pool is so nice and it’s actually pretty private too! There’s bushes that blocks neighbors from being able to be nosy which we liked because it made us feel more comfortable to freely enjoy ourselves. Rogelio was THE BEST host! He made sure we had everything we needed and responded almost instantly when we had questions. The best thing is he is chill! We never felt like we had this anal/strict/mean host on our backs like some hosts are. He really wanted us to enjoy our stay and we definitely did! The staff at the gate were nice! I’ll book this house 10x over!

Our family of 15 stayed at Rogelio’s place for just one night after visiting Disney and the place where perfect for us, everyone had their own space to sleep and we feel really confortable. The house is just like the pictures and really convenient if you are traveling with a large group.

Rogelios House was so welcoming and he was there every second you needed him. He checked up on us if we needed anything. The house was SPOTLESS CLEAN. And BEAUTIFUL!!! The house is so big that everyone was comfortable. Literally 10/10. The neighborhood is so quiet definitely staying here again.

My family of 7 and a pet had a fantastic time! The house was exactly what we needed and having the pool was great for the hot days. Rogelio was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We had a great experience staying at Rogelio's for our family of 8 and our dog. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms make it so each person can sleep comfortably and have some privacy. The house itself is well equipped and also has several entertainment options. The community is peaceful and quiet. Lastly, Rogelio was very communicative and helped answer any concerns we had. This house has been remodeled beautifully. It is very clean and inviting. There are more than enough rooms to choose from. The pool was wonderful. My family and I felt very at home in this house. The host was great. I would book this house again.

Place was amazing! Looked just like the photos! Keyless entry was great! Place was clean and welcoming! Definitely staying again! Only thing but maybe I missed it in the description is you have to pay a one time $20 for a card to come in and but I believe you’re also able to use that card to play putt putt and other things inside the gated community so it wasn’t that bad! Can’t wait for my next stay!

We love the house, it is very spacious and clean. There are so many bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast to dinner. We used the grill a few times also. The kids love the pool. Rogelio is a great host and very responsive. Answer our questions and requests very fast.

Rogelio was an awesome host! Quick responses and reasonably accommodating! The house was amazing! Just like the photos, clean, and had everything we needed. We absolutely fell in love with the house and cannot wait to visit again! We literally hated having to leave lol The home is spacious, conveniently located close to Disney World (10-12 min drive), and other attractions like The Slingshot! The pool and jacuzzi was our favorite spot! My kids wanted to stay at the house more than they wanted to go to Disney World, LOL. Also, the clubhouse and neighborhood is so nice! During our stay, the Clubhouse hosted an Easter egg hunt, pictures with the Easter Bunny, and other activities that we were able to participate in! We truly had an amazing family vacation that will be locked in our core memories forever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! 10/10 We will be back! Thank you Rogelio!!!

We had a great time here. The house was large and clean. The host was responsive and very accommodating. We did not pay to heat the pool, we used the community pool and hot tub, which was fine for us. we had fun playing mini golf at the resort too. The nature trail was nice to walk on. the house is equipped with tons of towels, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We would definitely stay here again!
